Steps into Wellness

PCA hosts monthly Step Aerobics sessions, designed to get our community moving while promoting fun and fitness in a supportive environment. These sessions are open to individuals of all fitness levels and are led by trained instructors who emphasize the importance of staying active and healthy. We invite you to join us EVERY 3RD THURSDAY OF THE MONTH and take the next step in your wellness journey. It’s a great way to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy the benefits of staying active in a community-focused space.

Hele Mai

At PCA, we recognize the deep connection between health and cultural identity. Our cultural wellness initiatives include sessions such as Hele Mai (in collaboration with the Hi'ilei Aloha Dance Company) EVERY 2ND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH that celebrate and honor the diverse cultural traditions within our community. We incorporate cultural practices into health education to ensure our approach to wellness is both inclusive and respectful.
